As the range and scope of potential media projects is nearly infinite, the possibility that you'll need assistance with some stage or stages of a project at some point is fairly high. Much of the time a short email or phone conversation will be all that is necessary to determine whether or not we can assist you with your project. These initial consultations are always free and simply serve to determine if we're the right company to help you with your current need. Many times we can direct you to a quick solution from one of our stock services or products. Some times a more specialized solution will be in order. And still other times may require in-depth consultation to help determine the best solution to fit what you're trying to accomplish.
If it turns out that you will be using our consultation services to help you with either feedback on a project or to determine possibilities and possibly develop potential solutions for a project, we will estimate the time required and quote you an hourly rate. We ask for a 50% deposit on the estimated cost at the start of the consultation, with the actual balance due upon completion. For any portion of the project that uses stock products and services and/or modified or custom products and services, we will provide a definite quote up front and that portion of the project cost will be due at the beginning prior to the start of any work.
