RECORDING RATES
Crazy Daisy Productions provides studio recording services for singer/songwriters and bands in all genres of music, audio for video and film production, and all vocal arrangements (including a capella, narration, voiceovers, and spoken word). Rates for our Recording Services are provided below.Studio Rates
- $35 - hourly rate, engineer provided (2 hour min.)
- $70 - booking deposit, required at time of scheduling
MIXING RATES
Crazy Daisy Productions provides music and track mixing for audio recordings at all levels of completion. Rates for our Mixing Services are provided below.Hourly Mixing Service Rates
- $35/hr, in person
- $30/hr + $5/song, via correspondence.
- For most projects see our mix calculator for an estimate or send in your mix session for a free evaluation and cost quote (most songs $70-$100 mixed AND mastered, depending on complexity of instrumentation and length)
MASTERING RATES
Crazy Daisy Productions provides audio CD mastering and stem mastering for individual tracks and full albums. Rates for our Mastering Services are provided below.- Standard = 9-12 day turnaround, typical
- Rush = 2-3 day turnaround, guaranteed
- Urgent = 24-hour turnaround, guaranteed
Individual Track (up to 5 minutes; extra charge each additional minute)

- $30 per track
- $20 (optional) for Gold Audio and MP3 master CDs and Priority mail
- $5 per minute additional (beyond 5 minute max.)
- $45 per track
- $40 (optional) for Gold Audio and MP3 master CDs and Express mail
- $10 per minute additional (beyond 5 minute max.)
- $60 per track
- $50 (optional) for Gold Audio and MP3 master CDs and FedEx shipping
- $15 per minute additional (beyond 5 minute max.)

- $10 per track discount for adding variation tracks (e.g., instrumental only version, radio edit, etc.)
Full Album (up to 80 min./20 tracks - best rate for 12+ tracks)

- $349 per album
- (optional) 2 Gold Audio Master CDs, MP3 Master CD, and USB Flash Drive with digital tracks shipped by USPS Priority Mail for $30 additional
- $499 per album
- (optional) 2 Gold Audio Master CDs, MP3 Master CD, and USB Flash Drive with digital tracks shipped by USPS Express Mail for $45 additional.
- $699 per album
- (optional) 2 Gold Audio Master CDs, MP3 Master CD, and USB Flash Drive with digital tracks shipped by FedEx for $60 additional.
- $5 each, plus $10 shipping

- Price reduction for returning clients (who've done at least 5 songs with us already).
AUDIO RESTORATION RATES
Crazy Daisy Productions provides audio restoration and remastering services to improve sound quality of previously recorded and mastered tracks. Digital audio files (i.e., WAV, AIF, or MP3), cassette tape, or DAT tape submissions are accepted. For vinyl or reel-to-reel transfers, please transfer to digital locally and send us the digital files. Rates for our Audio Restoration Services are provided below.- See Mastering Rates. Same per track and per album rates apply.
- Additional $10 charge to transfer audio from cassette or DAT tape.
CD DUPLICATION RATES
Crazy Daisy Productions provides CD duplication through either our CD Promo Pak packages or our complete Production Packages.CD Promo Pak
Package prices include mastering, duplication, graphics setup, digital distribution, UPC code, sampler video, proof copy, and shipping. All panels and disc surfaces are printed full color. No tax required on orders.
